YouthPort was featured for its innovative service design during the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation’s Celebration of Community on November 20. More than 225 community members gathered to celebrate and recognize the work of nonprofits and nonprofit leaders in the community.
Guests learned how YouthPort, a new outreach model, draws on the strengths of three nonprofits to serve families in neighborhoods across Cedar Rapids.
